CHIPPIO – UX/UI DESIGN & GAMIFICATION STRATEGY

Chippio is a startup operating within a large Scandinavian corporate group, combining the agility of a fast-moving company with the resources of an industry leader. Based in Gothenburg, I was responsible for the UX/UI design of the mobile application, where I implemented multiple new features to enhance user engagement and interaction.

GAMIFICATION STRATEGY & SUCCESSFUL IMPACT

To solidify the company’s presence and encourage user feedback, I introduced a gamification strategy, which resulted in:
● A 114% increase in customer reviews with an average rating of 4.5.
● A 328% growth on Trustpilot achieving a 4.6-star rating.

KEY FUNCTIONALITIES IMPLEMENTED

During my time at Chippio, I developed and implemented key features for the app, including:
● Daily price tracking to keep users informed.
● Real-time electricity pricing for improved cost management.
● Sports app-inspired visualizations to represent energy consumption in an engaging way.

UX/UI DESIGN AND USER TESTING

While my primary role was UX/UI design, I also conducted user testing to validate hypotheses and ensure our solutions were intuitive, data-driven, and impactful. Working in a dynamic, international team, I thrived in an environment that valued innovation, speed, and user-centered design.
